I grew up in Dayton Ohio and have dedicated my 20+ career to serving in the Defense and Aerospace community as both a Government employee and contractor. I’m proud to have contributed to the defense of our military and allied partners. I’m still highly passionate about my work in the defense community but have also decided to branch out and open a beautiful Medspa which has the highest quality Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in our community. All of us at TBT Aesthetics have a love and true passion for helping people feel their best. At TBT Aesthetics we will not treat you in a transactional manner. Nicole Tipton
Nurse Practitioner
Nicole worked as a nurse for over 5 years before going back to Cedarville University
and obtaining her nurse practitioner certification. She has a background in Family
Practice and has worked extensively in weight loss and aesthetic medicine. Her interest
in weight loss started from the struggles she experienced with obesity. She too tried and
failed diets and weight loss programs. She researched what does work for weight loss
and started her own journey. Since the summer of 2023, she has lost 50 pounds and is
continuing her weight loss journey. She is here to help you become successful with your
weight loss goals too!
Additionally, Nicole is certified and been practicing injections of neurotoxins such as
Botox, Derma Fillers and Microneedling. She has multiple certifications and clients love
returning to her.

Carol is a proud resident of the Dayton area , having grown up in Kettering Ohio. As a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience as a vascular injection nurse and a
graduate of Oakland University’s BSN program. She has been committed to providing compassionate care to her patients. Inspired by Florence Nightingale’s belief in the privilege of helping others; she’s dedicated her career to making a positive impact on people’s lives. Carol is a certified Neurotoxin and Derma Filler injector with expert technique having spent 15 years achieving the most difficult IVs as a vascular nurse.
